Prepare the Package
Securely place the unworn jewelry in its original Myra Gems velvet box and packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality assurance team inspects the item, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
